My name is Egor Kaneev. I am a visual artist specialising in photography and cinematography. With over eight years of professional experience, I have working with major brands, such as GQ, Pirelli, Yandex, Nanlite and Huawei.
ARTIST STATEMENT
Egor Kaneev is a visual artist working in various photographic genres. His work is characterized by close attention to form and emotional component.
He mainly works in the genres of street, portrait and nude photography. Drawing inspiration from people, whose images allow him to speak on the most complex and profound topics.
Egor often experiments with optics, angles and color, expanding the possibilities of visual storytelling.
"Since I bought my first camera in 2016, my life has been divided into 'before' and 'after.' I found my flow, my way of communicating with the world around me. It’s a language understood in every country, and by learning to speak it, I can now express what I could never say in any other language."
